Talk to salesPricing questions
How does billing work?
Plans are an annual agreement, billed monthly. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI usage (tokens), with transparent pay-as-you-go overage beyond it. Cloud compute is billed at cost. Usage is never a profit center for us. Predictable platform pricing is.
Is a BAA included?
Yes, on every plan. A signed BAA is never gated behind a higher tier or treated as a separate add-on.
What counts as an "internal tool"?
One tool maps to one workflow or problem: a prior authorization workflow, a chargeback reconciliation tracker, a vendor risk register. Plans are sized by how many tools you're running, so you move up as you grow.
Are security features like SSO an extra cost?
No. SSO / SAML, MFA, and audit logging are included on every plan.
How is this different from the AI app builders?
Those tools are great for prototypes. The moment you need compliance verification, an audit trail, and an IT-approved path to production, you need ProdCycle. Anyone can generate code. We get it through your security and compliance review.
If we want to bring it in-house later, are we locked in?
No. You own the code, the specs, and the data. Your product starts deployed and hosted by ProdCycle and is transferable to your own cloud environment whenever you're ready, audit trail included.
